The KFAS-Salzburg Global Leadership Initiative will convene a diverse, interdisciplinary cohort of emerging and established leaders from South Korea and across the globe. These individuals will share a common goal of developing innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of our rapidly changing world. Through a series of virtual sessions and an annual in-person forum in Salzburg, the cohort will collaborate on creating action plans to address both local and global issues.
Salzburg Global and KFAS actively encourage applications from leaders who represent historically underrepresented communities. We particularly welcome individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds, as well as those who identify as people of colour, disabled, LGBT+, or migrants, to ensure a broad range of perspectives and experiences in addressing global challenges.
