The network members will represent a variety of different roles within an education ecosystem, including civil society, policymakers, funders, and researchers. The network will have three main areas of geographic focus – Latin America, East Africa and the Middle East; some members will also bring global perspectives to the network. The structure of the program will be as follows:
VIRTUAL NETWORK MEETINGS
These virtual network meetings will focus on topics that support a PSS/SEL agenda. Some meetings will focus on specific skills and others on more cross-cutting topics such as curriculum, teacher training and assessment. This list will evolve and be co-created with the network members once the network meetings begin.
The meetings will feature expert speakers from around the world, followed by discussion and reflection from different regional or sectoral contexts. The network will convene virtually approximately every six to eight weeks. In addition to the formal network meetings there will be many other opportunities for network members to meet.

A series of three online conferences beginning in December 2021 will showcase innovative practice, approaches, and impact from both within and beyond the network. The aim of the conference series is to raise awareness of the importance of helping children learn essential skills for life in the 21st century.
The conferences will take place in December 2021, June 2022 and December 2022, They will be free to attend and open to anyone. Within a month of each of the public conferences, Salzburg Global Seminar will release a set of recommendations for practitioners.

After the third conference, these essays will be collated into an e-book similar to the Education Disrupted, Education Reimagined: Thoughts and Responses from Education’s Frontline During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Beyond, a publication that came out of the 2020 conference series held with the World Innovation Summit for Education.
