Each year, the Asia Policy Leadership Forum (APLF) convenes 35–45 emerging leaders and early-to-mid-career leaders from across the region—spanning government, civil society, academia, media, and the private sector—who are committed to shaping the future of policy in Asia. Fellows bring with them real-world experience in driving change in technology, governance, and society, and join the Forum to expand their reach through regional exchange and cooperation.
Over time, APLF will grow into a dynamic cross-sectoral network of leaders from Japan, Hong Kong SAR, India, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan —creating a powerful community that strengthens collaboration across borders and builds long-term connections between Asia and Europe.
