One important aspect in the design of the network building and relationship development as part of the Asia Peace Innovators Forum is to encourage collaborations on practical outcomes to drive change in the institutions, sectors, and communities in which Fellows work. Through participating in the Forum, Fellows form small project teams to design potential solutions to shared challenges in their professional work. Salzburg Global then supports the teams to refine their solution ideas with input both from other Fellows participating in this Forum as well as from Salzburg Global's broader network. Once developed, we hope to take their project ideas to key stakeholders who can help make them a reality.
